Your Helping Hands Need Help!  It’s been 4 months. March. April. May. June.  Many of us have lost jobs.  Even worse, many of us have lost lives.  Many of us have lost our loved ones.  Many of us have lost patience.  But most of us have not lost hopes.  I have a driver.  Who’s been sitting at home for last four months.  Not because he doesn’t want to work.  He still has his job but doesn’t have any work.  Because we are working from home.  But then he’s been around with us for around 6 years.  So, we are still paying him so that he can take care of his family.  As long as we have the bandwidth to take care of an extra family, we will.  It’s as good as or better than contributing to any unknown fund raising organizations.  And same is with our maid.  We’re paying her and have asked her to stay home and be safe.  You always wanted to sponsor a homeless child, a destitute, a cancer patient, a flood affected family or donate something to an orphanage but didn’t know whom to trust or how to

*For all Housing Society office bearers and committee members and residents*  There have been disagreements between the committee and residents in the housing society over the past month over, whether to admit house workers into the society.  After bringing the matter to the notice of the government, the government has now issued a circular in this regard and the housing society will no longer be able to make its own rules. Also *Housemaids , Electrician, Plumber, Other Repair and Maintenance or Home Repair Workers will not be denied admission in the Society*. Add caption

जर संबंधीत व्यक्तीने वैद्यकीय प्रमाणपत्र सादर करण्यास नकार दिला तर त्या व्यक्तीवर काय कारवाई होऊ शकते व तशी कारवाई कोण करणार? वैद्यकीय प्रमाणपत्र मागण्याचा अधिकार कायद्याने कोणाला दिलेला आहे?  घरकाम करणाऱ्या व्यक्तीने जर घरमालकाकडे वैद्यकीय प्रमाणपत्र मागितले तर तसे प्रमाणपत्र घरमालक देणार का? जर सोसायटीतील सभासदाकडे पदाधिकाऱ्यांनी वैद्यकीय प्रमाणपत्र मागितले व जर संबंधीत सभासदाने पदाधिकाऱ्यांना त्यांचे वैद्यकीय प्रमाणपत्र मागितले तर पदाधिकारी तसे प्रमाणपत्र देणार का?  जर कार्यकारी मंडळाला वैद्यकीय प्रमाणपत्र मागण्याचा अधिकार असेल तर असे प्रमाणपत्र ज्या व्यक्ती कडे मागितले जाते त्या व्यक्तीला सुध्दा प्रमाणपत्र मागण्याचा अधिकार असला पाहिजे. बऱ्याच सोसायटीमधून कायदा फक्त सर्वसामान्य सभासदांसाठी असतो. जर कार्यकारी मंडळापैकी कुणी परगावाहून आला व ही बाब त्याने गुप्त ठेवली तर?

Had a fruitful interaction with the Managing Committee members of 20 Co-op Housing Societies from the Dadar to Mahim areas. 62 people participated and the subject was the Model Byelaws and the Lockdown.

*Club House in the Society, Hall declared as Covid Care Center*  Those with mild symptoms will be quarantined within the Society's Covid Care Centre. This Decision is of Thane Municipal Commissioner Mr  Vijay Singhal. सोसायटी मधील क्लब हाऊस, हॉल कोव्हीड केअर सेंटर घोषित सौम्य लक्षणे असलेल्यांना सोसायटीच्या सीसीसीमध्येच करणार क्वारंटाईन महापालिका आयुक्त विजय सिंघल याचा निर्णय कोरोना कोव्हीड 19 ची सौम्य लक्षणे असलेल्या आणि कसलाही त्रास नसलेल्या रूग्णांना आता महापालिकेच्या क्वारंटाईन सेंटरमध्ये जाण्याची आवश्कता नसून अशी सौम्य लक्षणे असलेल्या कोरोना बाधित रूग्णांना सोसायट्यांमध्ये उपलब्ध असलेल्या क्लब हाऊसमध्ये क्लारंटाईन करण्याचा आणि त्यासाठी सोसायट्यांमधील क्लब हाऊसेस कोव्हीड केअर सेंटर म्हणून घोषित करण्याचा निर्णय महापालिका आयुक्त विजय सिंघल आहे.       कोरोना बाधित रुग्णांची वाढती संख्या लक्षात घेवून ज्यांना सौम्य लक्षणे आहेत अशा रूग्णांना दिलासा देण्याच्या दृष्टीकोनातून महापालिकेने हे आणखी एक महत्वाचे पाऊल उचलले आहे. एखाद्या गृहनिर्माण सोसायटीमध्ये कोरोना बाधित रूग्ण सापडल्यास आणि त्यांना सौम्य लक्षणे असतील तर अशा रुग्णांसाठी गृहनिर्माण संस्थांमधील क्लब हाऊस किंवा मल्टीपर्पज हॉल हे आता कोव्हीड केअर सेंटर म्हणून घोषित करण्यात आले असल्याची माहिती महापालिका आयुक्त विजय सिंघल यांनी दिली आहे. तसा आदेश पा
