Reintroduction of M 20 bond for Managing Committee members

TEXT OF LETTER SENT TO COOPERATION MINISTER AND COOPERATION COMMISSIONER.  February 26, 2019 Hon. Minister of Cooperation,  Govt of Maharashtra,  Mantralaya,  Munbai.  Sub : Reintroduction of M 20 bond for Managing Committee members  Dear Sir,  The M-20 Bond was an undertaking given by each Managing Committee Member within 45 days of his assuming the Office of the Society.  It said, “I shall be jointly and severally responsible for all decisions taken by the Managing Committee during its term relating to the business of the Society and shall be jointly and severally responsible for all acts and omissions detrimental to the interest of the Society…” By implication, any person who signed Society Documents without signing an M-20 bond on assuming the Office of the Society was liable for prosecution for serious crimes including fraud, cheating, misrepresentation and forgery. सहकारसूत्र  फेब्रुवारी 21, 2019 प्रति,  मा. सहकार आयुक्त,  मध्यवर्ती इमारत,  सहकार भवन, पुणे. महोदय,  विषय : वेबसाईट बंद - काम थप्प - लोकांचे हाल  मागील ४ महिन्या पासून  https://mahasahakar. maharashtra.gov.in   हे संकेतस्थळ ( वेबसाईट ) बंद आहे.  परिणामी, या संकेतस्थळावरून मानीव अभिहस्तांतरण  व इतर e - सेवा online करता येत नाहीत.  मानीव अभिहस्तांतरण अर्ज हे केवळ ऑनलाईन स्वीकारले जातात. उपनिबंधक कार्यालये off लाइन अर्ज स्वीकारत नाहीत.  आधी ऑनलाईन अर्ज भरा आणि त्याची प्रत आणून द्या असे सांगून ते लोकांना परत पाठवतात.   अशी उत्तरे म्हणजे सरकारी कार्यालयाने जनते शी पुकारलेला एक प्रकारचा असहकार आहे.  यात पंचाईत आमच्या सारख्या NGO ची होते.  आम्ही मानीव अभिहस्तांतरण सारख्या योजना लोकांपर्यंत पोहचवतो. सोसाट्यांच्या पदाधिकाऱ्यांचे मार्गदर्शन करतो, त्यांना प्रवृत्त करतो.  आधीच जनता अशा कामांबद्दल उदासीन असते. त्यात संकेतस्थळ बंद पडले म्हणून अर्ज स्वीकारायचे नाहीत असे घडले तर दुष्काळात तेरावा महिना असेच म्हणावे लागेल.  तरी आपण ह्या विषयात त्वरित लक्ष घ

Seven civic corporations near Mumbai to get uniform development rules

The base floor space index (FSI) for these corporations will be increased to 1.1 from the current 1, while the maximum will be 3 (at present 2) depending upon the road width.  In a boost to the realty sector, seven municipal corporations in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region ( MMR ), excluding Mumbai, will soon get uniform development rules. The base floor space index ( FSI ) for these corporations will be increased to 1.1 from the current 1, while the maximum will be 3 (at present 2) depending upon the road width. The decision to have uniform rules has been taken given the corporations' proximity to Mumbai and similar characteristics of land use. The seven corporations are  Thane ,  Navi Mumbai , Mira-Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar, Kalyan-Dombivli, Ulhasnagar and Bhiwandi-Nizampur. The 15% FSI for recreation ground, which is now off bounds, will be available under the new rules. MahaRERA allows builders a second chance if homebuyers agree

Nearly 90% of the complaints registered with the MahaRERA are regarding delay in execution of projects. he Maharashtra Real Estate  Regulatory  Authority has decided to give developers a second chance to complete delayed projects after the usual extension of a year, provided over 50% customers of the property concerned agree to it.  Vasant Prabhu , the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority ( MahaRERA ) secretary, said an order was issued last week to give genuine developers a second chance to complete a stalled project if the consumers were willing to wait. He said, "The extension is subject to consent of more than half the flat buyers and a time-frame would be set." Prabhu said, "We were getting complaints of delay in project execution. With this order, consumers can take a call on if they want to continue with the project. If more than 50% consumers agree, we can give an extension to the developer."
