Maharashtra Govt concession on Stamp Duty for Self Redevelopment
Maharashtra Govt in a big policy decision announced registered coop housing societies in the state going in for self development in which they allot newly constructed premises to existing members, the stamp duty on agreement/allotment letter is fixed at Rs 1000 only.
