 डिजिटल पद्धतीने, कोणत्याही प्रकारे ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने केलेलं पेमेंट सोसायटी नाकारू शकत नाही, 

अथवा त्यासाठी दंड आकारू शकत नाही,

Society can not refuse any type of online payment....

Or can't charge any type of fine for such type of payment.....
